Teddy's a metamorphamagus like Tonks, so he'd have whatever hair colour he felt like, lol. But I definately second this pairing, when it's well written I mean. I've read some fanfictions when it's not so great, and that just makes it blegh. But when it's well written its great!

I think Teddy/Victorie could be cute if well done, but bad if not handled correctly. Actually, that goes for most ships in general.

Because they're both very schmexy and people like to see hot guys together. Plus, they're "enemies" and the whole love-hate-borderline thing they have going on could really have a lot of potential for sexual natures. There's this one authoress who writes the pairing really well, although I can't think of her name off the top of my head..
